交鑰匙工程流程：初期配合產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)→產(chǎn)品性能的選材→產(chǎn)品工藝的開發(fā)→優(yōu)質(zhì)模具的設(shè)計(jì)制造→ 制定產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)→合格產(chǎn)品出廠。

公司占地面積8000㎡ ，建筑面積5000㎡其中生產(chǎn)車間4000㎡ ，公司有著先進(jìn)的加工生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、測(cè)量設(shè)備和專用工具，擁有多臺(tái)300Kg/600㎏/1500kg/3000Kg熔煉爐、低壓鑄造系統(tǒng)、大型金屬型澆注機(jī)、樹脂砂處理線、覆膜砂成型設(shè)備、冷芯成型設(shè)備、無(wú)機(jī)砂成型設(shè)備、3D打印設(shè)備、熱處理爐、拋丸機(jī)、鋁液測(cè)氫儀、全譜直讀光譜儀、萬(wàn)能拉力試驗(yàn)機(jī)等。
擁有多種無(wú)損檢測(cè)及材料檢測(cè)手段：
如：RT射線檢測(cè)、PT滲透檢測(cè)、UT超聲波檢測(cè)、MT磁粉檢測(cè)等。
金屬元素檢測(cè)、金相組織、硬度檢測(cè)、硬化層檢測(cè)、拉伸、沖擊（含低溫沖擊）等。
